After deciding to build a home you helped us work through our true wish list for the home. You made it easy to communicate with the builder and not back down on items we really wanted. And even at the very last walk through you were scouring the home for any little mark that should be taken care of before we moved in.

Your years of experience in real estate gives you a high level of professionalism and the knowledge and expertise necessary for any transaction. You have a high level of integrity and strong values making you very trustworthy. Add to that your charming and fun personality and that is a winning combination. We would highly recommend you to anyone!!

Brent and Andrea

Moving from Europe and purchasing my very 1st home, Laurie instantly became an invaluable partner in a brand new city for me. Her knowledge of the market, ability to listen and truly understand my needs, and dedication to help me get exactly what I was looking for allowed me to find the perfect place for me. She has been my trusted real estate broker ever since and one that I have recommended to all my friends.

I have worked with Laurie for several buying and selling opportunities over the past 18 years. She has always shown special interest in finding my family exactly what we were looking for. She is a fierce negotiator and has saved me countless of thousands of dollars on both the purchase and selling end of our deals together. I wouldn't work with anyone else. She is amazing!

In 2002 I had exactly two days to find a house in Portland. Laurie helped me do so in that tiny time frame. I was living in AZ at the time and did not have a single delay, disappointment, problem or doubt. In 2016 I had to make a major move again this time to the South. We discussed what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale (a coat of paint in the dining room) and agreed on an asking price. She put it on the market and in 3 days I had an offer for $50,000 more than the asking price on a 2BR, 1BR, 1,000 square foot house. Once again I was living in another state and relied on Laurie to do all of the things that needed to be done. This meant scheduling the buyer's inspectors and getting second opinions for me to scheduling any necessary repairs and making sure it was done correctly. The only problem I had with this transaction was my printer was broken. I didn't worry for a minute about how the sale would go and for good reason:  I didn't need to.  SOLD!
