In 2002 I had exactly two days to find a house in Portland. Laurie helped me do so in that tiny time frame. I was living in AZ at the time and did not have a single delay, disappointment, problem or doubt. In 2016 I had to make a major move again this time to the South. We discussed what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale (a coat of paint in the dining room) and agreed on an asking price. She put it on the market and in 3 days I had an offer for $50,000 more than the asking price on a 2BR, 1BR, 1,000 square foot house. Once again I was living in another state and relied on Laurie to do all of the things that needed to be done. This meant scheduling the buyer's inspectors and getting second opinions for me to scheduling any necessary repairs and making sure it was done correctly. The only problem I had with this transaction was my printer was broken. I didn't worry for a minute about how the sale would go and for good reason: I didn't need to. SOLD!
